FAQ

  • Do I have to pay for the consultation?

No — the consultation is completely free. It’s just a 15-minute conversation to review your bill, answer your questions, and show you what your potential savings could look like. There’s no pressure and no obligation to move forward.

  • How long does the consultation take?

Most consultations take about 15–20 minutes. If you have extra questions, we can take more time, but our goal is to give you a clear, no-fluff overview without taking up your entire day.

  • Will someone come to my house during the consultation?

Yes — the consultation takes place right at your home. This way, we can review your Con Edison bill together, check your roof and sun exposure in person, and answer all your questions. The visit usually takes about 15–20 minutes, and there’s no pressure or obligation — just clear information to help you see if solar makes sense for your home.

  • What information do I need to provide?

Just have a recent Con Edison bill handy. This helps us see your current usage, average rates, and build a customized savings estimate for your home.

  • What if I’m not sure I want to commit to solar?

That’s completely fine. The consultation is designed to help you understand your options, the potential savings, and what programs you may qualify for — so you can make an informed decision when the time is right.

  • How soon could I start saving if I move forward?

On average, installations are completed within 30–45 days after you decide to proceed. Once your system is active, you’ll start generating your own power and reducing your electric bill immediately.
